Empowering the BIPOC community through yoga, we are dedicated to fostering connection, well-being, and holistic health. We unite yoga instructors and students in a supportive space, promoting inclusivity and providing resources tailored to the unique needs of our community.Â
By integrating health and wellness into our mission, we aim to not only elevate the practice of yoga but also inspire and nurture comprehensive well-being. Through education, collaboration, and events, we strive to cultivate a sense of belonging within the BLK Yoga Collective by promoting the 8 dimensions of wellness: physical, intellectual, emotional, financial, social, spiritual, occupational, and environmental. Wellness is developed on and off of the yoga mat.
